I recently switched from a dental office in Peabody that pressured me on every visit to whiten teeth, fix a problem that does not exist and other things that I felt were not necessary. Herzog gives me great dental care and is honest in their assessment - no pressure to upsale on any visits. I'm glad I switched!

I was extremely comfortable with my very first visit at Herzog Dental . The staff was very receptive in a warm and natural manner. I felt very catered to and will give Herzog Dental Care office my business once again as I have a good feeling I will get my teeth looking great and healthy as they should be. Mostly I am ecstatic that I got to meet and have Stacy perform the most best and professional cleaning and exam. I have ever endured in years. She is quite an asset to your office and staff !

I am quite fearful of going to the dentist, even just for dental cleanings. I've had cleanings at Herzog Dental Care with both Amy and Stacey and can recommend them very highly for their kindness and compassion, in addition to their skill. They are so understanding and supportive.
I didn't like the new cleaning method that was used. I wasn't given the option to have the traditional method. With my receding gums the force of the water hurt. Next time I hope I will be given the option.?
Very satisfied with my first experience! Switched to Dr. Herzog's office after I could no longer see my dentist of 15+ years due to some questionable procedures she was intent on performing (relentlessly intent :) The office is in a convenient location with ample parking. I've gotten the very best care at Herzog Dental. After a 20 year absence, using another dental service because I moved away from the North Shore, it was a relief to be back. They have kept up with technical advancements in dental care, and it really shows; their professionalism and compassion make my visits a pleasure. My hygienist cares for me as she might a family member, and my overall teeth health gets better with each visit. Thanks so much to you all!
