Herzig staff are great, Dr. Milad Modabber is awesome very patient and knowledgeable explains the process and options very clearly eagerly accepts questions and replies in a reassuring way, the one and only reason I gave a 3 star is because of one person Jenny at the reception, she needs a class on racial relationships, with people of colour she brushes them off to another person at the reception and if she does talk with them she’s absolutely curt, terse to the extent of being borderline rude, with others she seems happy to... read more
