I had not returned for my routine care in 4-5 years and called because I had a sudden concern. I was welcomed back into the practice as if I was a current patient and I was seen the following day. I received excellent care and was never made to feel that I had been negligent in my dental care. I had anticipated an awkward return to the practice and it was the complete opposite. :-)

I always have a wonderful experience at Herwig DDS. Emma is so sweet to talk to and very thorough in her cleanings. Dr. Andrew is invested in his patients and always provides a thorough exam and feedback. The office staff is wonderful as well. Overall great experience!
