Had to get an emission recall done and after 3 cancelations because of weather conditions, I was able to get in on an 18 hour notice. These guys are great and I work at a bike shop too. They take care of their customer as I do and expect.
In the process of purchasing a New Indian Chieftain, I have been emailing with Rick for a couple of days. Finally had to talk to the guy. What a great experience it has been. I was concerned but I feel like I'm on the right path with Rick.
Bought a 2018 Chieftain Limited today from Rick; this guy was great. Talked to him via text yesterday and today he gave me the deal he promised on a trade in, sight unseen. Very happy with both the bike and the customer service. Would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new Indian.
