Absolute 10/10 for customer service! A staff helped me take my dog inside while I had my toddler daughter with me. I seen DR Jason Tait and he was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended him and the clinic. Best experience

We highly recommend Ron (vet and orthapaedic surgeon) and Jenny - what a team! Our big dog, Hatti, just had TPLO surgery post ACL tear. Their kindness, professionalism and skill is outstanding - and I'm fussy - my pets are "family". Every step of the process was accurately outlined, informative and included in the large post op care paperwork provided by the clinic. No stone was left unturned. Well done Ron, Jenny and all of the staff at Hervey Bay Vets.
Paying $1270 for a X-ray and bandage!!!! Really….
