Took my 2024 Fiat Ducato Motorhome in computer forced limp mode to Hervey Bay Service Centre. Joint owner, Tyron, was brilliant. He diagnosed the computer system, identified the problem, rectified it and took the vehicle out of limp mode. Fiat Roadside Assist wanted to tow our vehicle to a Fiat authorised service cente, leaving us with no motorhome.
Good place, friendly lads there and good pricing. Willing to go above for customer satisfaction
