Do not go to this pool shop. They have poor customer service, offer no support, do not acknowledge any accountability and give out incorrect information. Ross the owner knows very little about pools. He himself advised me to squeeze the 2 big bubbles compartments at the front of a kreepy krauler spritz pool sucker to release air. When i said this did not work he said he would have to send someone out but there would be a call out charge. Looked after my parents pool while they were away for many many years. Knowing they weren't home, they continuously overcharged them for work they did do and would charge them for work they didn't do. They caught them out multiple times on this including the final time when they were supposed to have been there 10 days previously for a fall service and clean but they came home to a green pool and even the pool scoop was on the bottom of the pool and had clearly been there for weeks/months. Shouldn't be in business.

We received Poor service, over priced, travelled to Gold Coast to get same replacement piece required, hundreds of dollars cheaper and better advice. Found out they will post for free. No more dealing here.
