Good on prices, and salesmanship, but don't go back for warranty or specialists advise, gave me wrong information on a tv areial that's not working, when else where and was told opposite
I've dealt with Donna and Jarrod on from the service department on two seperate occassions since picking up our new Vivid Nomad a few months ago , the service and advice was exceptional on both occasions. This was in stark contrast to the accounts lady we dealt with at handover that was down right rude and slightly offensive considering we spent nearly 80k with Hervey Bay Caravans. We purchased our new Design RV Stryker from these guys, and what a pleasure it was dealing with them. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful they couldn't do enough for us, from the sales team at purchase to the thorough handover we received when we picked it up. We've had it back for its 1,000km service and again from the girls at the front desk to the guys in the workshop the service was 2nd to none. We ordered an Urban at the Maryborough Show and from then on dealing with Ricky and the team at Hervey Bay Caravans has been second to none. The van has turned out exactly how we wanted and that's because of the help we were given through the build process. Handover day was an awesome experience thanks to Peter! We will be happy to purchase again in the future from them.
