All telephone communications with HB Air were not delightful or easy. The automated booking service apparently was not working properly but they stilled used it. Which meant we were waiting for a tradesman who was never going to show up. Resulting in a phone call to the company of which it was an unpleasant reception and not her fault. The two tradesman however were great. Joseph and his side kick we didn’t in there workmanship and did a great job.
