I rented from Hertzog Property for over 2 years. Tina was terrific to deal with! She is fair, helpful, and very professional. Hertzog Property has a lot of properties to choose from ranging from large to small. Give Tina or Brian a call, they are the best!
Hertzog property management is top notch! I have never had problems of any kind with them, Tina works with you an for you as she is a management company. If you are straightforward an up front with her she will be the same to you. Highly recommended!
Thanks Tina for getting the non-paying renters out of my house. I appreciate you taking care of it like it was your own. I know Oliver Wollfington and Daqnielle were very poor renters and were filthy to boot. Always sad when people think thaqt the world owes them. Dead beat renters they were. Thanks for handling.
I think she's a lying, cheating slum lord. I have proof. People beware because she don't care. To bad she doesn't allow us to post pics, I would show proof as well as a video of her cussing at my 9 year old son. Yes she was mad because I refused to pay rent until the house was fixed. Which she had known of these problems for more than two months. But it's cool.
