I had my car totaled on Tuesday and had consequently experienced a stressful week. Josh was there to help me after having a terrible experience at the VW dealer. He listened to what I wanted, gave me a couple options, and did the financing right away so I knew what I was working with. He was patient with my exhaustion and occasional irritability as I had never had to attempt buying a car after a total. He explained everything to me and I got a car I didn't even know I wanted. Thanks Josh for being awesome!
