I bought a car from Dan at Hertz in October 2014. I received a fair price and have loved the car. There was an issue with the car last year, and at first I was not satisfied with the outcome, but Dan and his management made sure to resolve the issue fairly when they understood my concern. I wasn't a big sale, but they still did right by me. Many companies only see how much profit they make on a sale. But in the end Dan saw me as a person, and treated me as such!
