I made a reservation and they gave it away.
Ive put in a reservation in over 2 months ago and no call back has been given to me. I finalky called today and they didnt even look up my name to see if im still on the list. Birmingham is so pourly ran that its best to avoid this hertz in general
They do not partner with Uber at this location, even tho Uber has told me directly that they should. It's unfortunate that management continue to not follow the rules of partnership that cooperate organizations agreed upon.
