The car was clean and the manager worked hard to make sure we were happy with our replacement car. Excellent work!
Vehicle was needed on very short notice to go from DCA to BWI. Made a reservation using the mobile app and confirmation was received immediately with a follow-up email giving the vehicle's information and location within a few minutes. Price was reasonable for the short notice and drop-off at a different location.

I rent often and thus far my aexperience has been positive. Cars are typically clean. Only one experience when the car was not clean and the agent without question switched for a new car. I would recommend Hertz to a friend.
Walked out from the flight directly to a car that is ready for me, in a specific parking spot timely provided. No hassles, get in the car, drive away, present ID at gate, go to destination. Regretfully, the quality of the cars is not the best and the daily rates are the highest in the area, including When comparing with hertz location outside airport areas
