Quick and easy!
The lady at the check-in desk wrote on our sales slip to go to parking space 440. We went to parking space 440 and packed up the car and got in. When we were driving to leave the lot, the Hertz rep told us we were in the wrong car!!!! He asked us to park the car and unload it and find another one! Really?? We were in a Toyota Camry. When we rented the car, the 4 door sedan was the size and category we chose. We were issued a Hundai Elantra. The Elantra was not in space 440, obviously. Very friendly representative that helped me out. I would definitely go to Reagan National Hertz again.
I find hertz at Reagan national as well as Washington Dulles to be questionable at best you have many cars in your inventory yet when I arrive at these locations rarely has an appropriate car been chosen and for me as I am a gold member I usually have reason to go to the desk and request a different car this does not happen at most locations that I go to only here in DC for example on the current rental I requested a standard size car I arrived and found that I have been assigned a Mazda 2 which is not a standard size car b... read more
Barbara was very professional and helpful. She is a great ambassador for your company. I have rented cars before and always looked at the company's that offered specials and budget prices. These places never offered the kind of service I have received with Hertz at Reagan Airport. I look forward to my next trip and working with Barbara again:)
