My brother and I both rented cars from Hertz. He returned his car earlier in the day before I had, when I went to return it they could not find my paperwork. After waiting for 30 min, they fixed the problem and took $75off my rental. I hope they lose my contract again next time I rent LOL!
Everyone was very courteous Friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

The car we rented was "very" dirty. We complained about it before we left. We were told to wait another twenty minutes, so someone could clean it. We were "very" unhappy after an all day air flight. We didn't want to wait again, and again. We took the car as it was just because we were tired. But that car wasn't cleaned out from the last person. As a matter of fact, the person that rented it before us had left garbage bags and their information in the car. So, we knew who was the last person that rented the car.
Everything went well. They went out of their way to accommodate me!
Speedy service, clean car. No issues at all renting in PHX.
