All went well.
Seamless through security
Easy booking through the App, nice to have my car ready and no lines. Drop off staff smiley and helpful. I love Hertz Gold.
Met expectations. Ideal rental experience.
I like the text u send prior to landing at airport with my stall # and the optional quick return to terminal instead of the bus. $20 is a little steep however. $10-$15 will generate more takers for you.
Very convenient for gold members, but somehow one should be notified that has a gold member there is no need to wait in line at the counter. I was not aware of that and waited for a while before somebody sent me downstairs to look for my name on the board. After that it was very convenient, both the rental and the return
