My flight was very late, arriving after your normal closing time of 1:00 am. I called ahead and talked to your counter agent Debbie. She assured me she would wait for my flight. Not only was she there when I arrived around 1:30 am, but she still had a smile and laugh. I have been CEO of a great customer service company, and serve on the Board of another, and can only say you are very lucky to have Debbie on your team.
Got a upgrade without asking and it was connected to the terminal.
My rental experience was seamless with super friendly staff.
The price was good, the car was excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the hour in line it took to get the car. Granted, it was Thanksgiving Eve, but on a day like that, more than two folks at the desk would have been warranted. Also, when I went back to retrieve a parking pass hanging from the rear view mirror, it had disappeared into the ether, in spite of the man who went to get the pass saying the car had not been cleaned. Minor hiccups, and the pass problem was MY fault, but I'm not sure how it disappeared... read more
