The only place on the planet where you will wait longer than DMV OR SOCIAL SECURITY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM!!! Also beware that the staff are even more rude, unprofessional and condescending than DMV!! They are criminals and actually have a racket going to push you out of contract so Hertz can double and triple charge your account and get away with it. I’m giving them a two star because everything was great the first one then the second one is when the car start having issues.They never answer the phone at this place. you'll hear excuses about how they're 'waiting to receive more cars. I now have a balance on an account of $781. As someone who drives out in Baton Rouge, it’s not convenient to drive here all the time to address issues. I've used this location several times instead of Oakland Airport, I can get in and out quickly and the customer service is much more personalized than Hertz at the airport. The pricing is competitive with the airport and sometimes significantly better. The only draw back (for me) is the amount of electric cars in their fleet, I prefer gas.

Scam. Charged twice in one week, in person, text, and online. Went through BBB and corporate for months. No resolution. Also turned the car in early and still charged for turning it early and for a full week. No damage to the car, nothing. Beware they will double charge even if you go in person and you will not get your money back, even if you complaint at corporate. As a matter fact, they will back date it to a previous. ***BEWARE***If I could give ‘no stars’ I would. This location is a joke. Today I arrived to pick up my car and the manager told me there were no cars, despite my reservation. He said he was expecting cars to come in soon. I had no option but to wait. Another couple came in a few minutes after me also to pick up their car. The manager told all of us there would be no more cars available today. So not only did he lie to me but this manager did not apologize, nor did he offer to help me locate another car. This place should definitely be shut down with all the awful reviews people has given them. Service is beyond bad and past Awful. How does the owners allow this rude unprofessional service to continue. I'm certain that it has effected their bottom line. Anyone that has ever rented there has stated that they will never come back again..

This place will outright lie to you to make more money. I had already rented an electric car off of priceline a month ago and when I arrived late on a Friday. Christina told me that the electric car would not be able to go to Bensalem 30 mins away. She said the car would have to be charged for 2 hours. Already, the Hertz shuttle didn't arrive at the airport for 45 ins. A nice guy from rival rental company picked us all up to take us there. This is a Hertz franchise, and provided the worst car and rental experience I've ever had with Hertz or anyone else. Car was horrible, and then when I proactively tried to report all of the issues, basically said they would look at it, but that it is "usually user error", like I was some idiot. Don't trust my opinion, go out and read all of the horrible reviews that have been left, and find another rental elsewhere!

As a longtime Hertz customer and very frequent traveler, I will tell you the Hertz counter staff at the Savannah airport is the most inefficient and incapable staff I've encountered, anywhere, in a long time. Lots of action behind the counter, such as people talking and checking their phones, while one inept associate was working the desk. Only one customer was ahead of me, but I stood there for almost 20 minutes without being helped, or even being acknowledged.
