Excellent work at the counter providing a larger car. We ended up with an additional person.
I think the experience was smooth. As a Hertz Gold member I enjoy the simplicity and quickness of getting a car from Hertz. One note, however, in looking at our receipt on 1/4/16 from Lenny it states we drove about 3,400 miles during our 11 day stay. That is not right. Way off. Please check that. Thanks.
