Very professional especially the gentleman that checked the vehicle in when we turned in the vehicle.

Great car easy pick up and drop off. Doesn't get any better than that!
The car reserved was a car available right off the lot, Quick easy service we were in and out of the airport rental area within five minutes. The car was clean damage free and fun doesn't get much better than that !

Pick up is a breeze with Hertz Carfirmations, I can walk straight to my car and drive out. Returns are easy, does not take more than a few minutes. Hertz car rental is located just steps from the airport terminal so it doesn't take more than a few minutes to walk to the Car Rental counter/Hertz Car lot.
Everyone was quick to help me. I needed extra help with my bags as I hurt my back. They immediately found someone to help me. The only suggestion that I would make would to have more skycaps available. It wasn't busy the day that I was there and they had one girl going out of her way to handle all of us. She did it with grace and a smile. She was just wonderful.
