Everybody was helpful and very friendly. No complaints and the Jeep was fine for my needs.

It was so easy! The longest part of the experience was the 7 min ride from the airport. Being a gold member makes it easy! I got a text about where the car was- stall # & license plate #. The parking garage was easy to follow to the car. The gal who checked me out at the hertz exit was lovely- quick, efficient and very pleasant!
