Rental should have been faster and more simple as I had picked the car I wanted however the clerk tried to upsell me far too many times. These extra questions were annoying and he continued to push even after I politely declined

The agent who helped me when I arrived was wonderful as was the check in agent at the end of our trip. The car, on the other hand didn't have windshield wiper fluid, and didn't drive very well.
Contract problem (I was given the contract of another customer with the same last name at the time of pick up and didn't notice until I returned the car). was solved by the manager immediately on my return. He gets high ratings for excellent customer service.
