Easy in and out!
The airport was clean, spacious, well-laid-out, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restrooms were fresh and clean.
Always ready and waiting
Car was upgraded and service was excellent
The airport was crowded and all rental agencies were backed up! I went to the desk at Hertz! They reminded me that I am gold. They told me the spot number to get the car we reserved . My car was upgraded and we left while the folks at the other rental agencies were still waiting in line. Great service and quick when I brought back the car. Thank you. Jim L.
The convenience of Gold service was good. But the car was overpriced. It was especially disappointing when I returned the car to see free upgrades being offered.
We thought we had booked at the airport and we wer wrong. Thanks for getting us a car and not sending us 3 miles down the road. We paid more but liked the service.
