I literally called almost at 5 o’clock when they were closing and this guy his name Eric in Everett was such an amazing help. He stayed with me probably for another 15 minutes, explaining to me about the equipment that I needed to rent out next day doing research for me just amazing people. This is how, customer service should be in every company. Bless his heart and he should get a raise from his management. Definitely what a service I was just shocked I was blown away. Thank you so much, Erick.

Called this morning looking for a drain jetter. Super nice guy named Eric answered the phone and helped me. They had one available and the process was efficient and handled professionally. Upon returning the equipment, drop off was also very efficient and Eric checked me out and he's an absolute pro. I did not know that this rental spot was here but it's close to my shop and I will definitely use them again. Thanks Eric!
