Beware BEWARE! If I could put a negative star, I would. The staff is incompetent, unorganized, and unprofessional. Their customer service is horrible. Greg, one of the managers there, is a dishonest and rude person. He is not a man of his word and does not promote good customer service on any level. The store opens up at 7:30 am. Horrible Service Absolutely a horrible experience. We rented a Chevy Silverado on 6/1/12. We had two flat tires on 7/20 at 4pm. I called the Emergency Road Service # (800-654-5060) and all they would tell me was that “Rubin” will call me back within the hour. No one called. I called their office (971-246-1886) with no response. I finally got a hold of a sales rep- James Anderson who finally called a tow truck for me. I was stranded for 10 hours. Easy They make it a pleasure to work with them. Mostly when getting a new car instead of it being an easy process it becomes a headache, that’s not the case at Hertz Car Sales. If you don’t want the whole sales pitch and just want a new car and a good deal this is the place for you.

best deal Hertz Car Sales was able to give me the best deal around. I got a very nice car with low miles for a really good price. There was no headache or bs when it came to the paperwork and it was very easy to understand. Im really happy with my choice and wouldn’t go back and change it.

They Care It seemed everywhere I went nobody cared what I wanted or herd that I didn’t want a high payment. All the dealers came back to me with a high payment or some car that I didn’t like. When I finally went to Hertz Car Sales they were completely different. They listened to what I wanted and gave that to me. Im extremely happy with Hertz Car Sales.

My Stang I was looking for a new car and had my heart set on a new mustang. When going to a Ford dealer I found out they won’t finance me. I was upset about the situation but nothing I could do. A friend told me to try to get a used car and go to Hertz. I went to Hertz Car Sales, I told them to run my credit first and make sure they could get me approved, and the results were good.
