Car was priced as 12,500 when we visited. There were some minor rust issues as well as scratches on the interior of car. The rep was polite but said they could not lower the price. We went to another dealer and bought a 2013 with 37,000 miles for 11,900 without the rust issues. Too bad Hertz doesn't allow them to negotiate; at least that was what the rep told me. Now I see the price has dropped to 12,323. Hmm.
