Modern, clean & fresh smelling rental car, just what you need. Required paperwork was completed quickly, and staff ensured we were familiar with the rental vehicle. When it came to return the car, it was completed quickly and bonded refunded within stipulated period. An easy walk to/from the CBD, and was located on a main thoroughfare which made it easy to find.
Rude customer service. Recorded phone message says opening hours are 7:30am yet front door says 8am. When I questioned this the staff member just pointed to the sign on the door and said you'll have to just wait I have things to do.
I don't know why I have to give them 1 star. Want me to pay for 4 flat tires. Charlatans!! Dodgy. Dodgy. Seriously unethical guys. You think I didn't take photos before I left it? BIG mistake!! BIG. The battery went flat overnight 4 times in 8 days. The last day, I had to uber to the airport because the jumped up, insolent little boy was more interested in telling me I shouldn't have driven the car on unsealed roads than he was in sending someone to start the car!!
