The charged me insurance coverage when at the counter I denied all coverage. I feel like they took advantage of a tiered traveler. I recommend going with any other Rental Car Company. I will go out of my way to not use Hertz again.
It was great no problem
These people are as bad as everyone says they are. Hertz might give Comcast or AT&T a run for their money on the companies with the worst customer service. I am FORCED to rent from Hertz occasionally. It is always bad but the Pasco airport crew is the worst.
