Agent would not take debit card when contract stated they were able to. Even after contacting hertz customer service who verified that site was able to take debit card. Agent refused stating she would not. And refused rental even after we explained We verified 3 days before rental when we booked that they took debit cards. Wife was able to find suitable arrangements with enterprise. Do not use this location poor customer service

Enterprise, who I made my reservation with was completely out of cars despite my reservation and gave me no advance warning on this. The folks at this hertz counter went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that night, even with a limited inventory themselves. What I also really appreciate is they pick up the phone to answer questions on inventory instead of routing you through two layers of robots to someone who provides bad information through even worse English fluency

Returned my rental at Spokane (as noted on my reservation) and simply needed a receipt for a business expense. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Tri Cities couldn’t help. Spokane confirmed the check-in time. Called Tri Cities back — put on hold 20+ minutes. Called back 8 more times. No answer. Left 2 voicemails. Still no callback. I could not verify AA--talked to Jasmine and she was no help, she finished the call by telling me if that is all good bye, I told her she had not corrected the problem, she hung up on me Still cannot book a rental with Hertz
