It was great no problem
These people are as bad as everyone says they are. Hertz might give Comcast or AT&T a run for their money on the companies with the worst customer service. I am FORCED to rent from Hertz occasionally. It is always bad but the Pasco airport crew is the worst.

Manager Stephanie young gave me a hard time about me renting vehicle for husband and the credit card being under my name. Ok I get that it’s not allowed which I didn’t know at the time but her snarky attitude and her mannerism on telling me that I couldn’t was so unprofessional. I wouldn’t ever consider renting here again not because of their rental policy but because I don’t ever want to hand over business who hires someone who can’t even speak to people in a proper manner.
