The most expensive car rental I have ever had, and I travel a lot. $398.00 per day for a Toyota Tacoma truck. I would not trust them to give a fair price ever again. I wonder if the main Hertz company know this franchise is ripping people off when they can.

I recently reserved a 12 passanger for a group wine tasting tour. I got to the counter & was told that I only had a reservation for a mini van that seats 7 & that the reservation was for 6pm. I had reserved the 12 person van to pickup at 10:30 & was told it was for 6pm.This is unacceptable. I did the reservation on line but that shouldn't make a difference. I doubt that I will ever use Hertz again.

Agent would not take debit card when contract stated they were able to. Even after contacting hertz customer service who verified that site was able to take debit card. Agent refused stating she would not. And refused rental even after we explained We verified 3 days before rental when we booked that they took debit cards. Wife was able to find suitable arrangements with enterprise. Do not use this location poor customer service

Enterprise, who I made my reservation with was completely out of cars despite my reservation and gave me no advance warning on this. The folks at this hertz counter went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that night, even with a limited inventory themselves. What I also really appreciate is they pick up the phone to answer questions on inventory instead of routing you through two layers of robots to someone who provides bad information through even worse English fluency
