I had an excellent experience at Hertz in Manteca with Miriam. The reservation process was easy, the SUV was clean and in great condition, and pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. Bulshit and worst service in the world i ever seen. No one answer calls at this location. I prefer to never waste your time calling this location. No one help here. They dont even ask why we are there. As soon as you step inside they will say they dont have any cars available that's all. I think this only exists on map and everything else is fake.

This place is 0/0. No one answers the phone every time I called. I needed to confirm my rental car due to insurance claim. I had no choice but go there physically to get answers with my needs.
