Had great experience with hertz airport location. Was able to rent a jeep for a few days to go check bout some of the other Keys. Hertz was a lot cheaper than the local jeep specific rental place. Online order was easy. Pick up took a few minutes but not too bad. Staff was great picking it up and dropping it off. We only took the top off for about 20 minutes due to the crazy heat but it was still fun. Check out their prices compared to the local jeep place. So much cheaper. And it has a brand new jeep too!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! I wish I had checked these reviews before renting here. First issue -- rental desk was closed when my flight arrived a bit delayed after 7pm (despite the assurances on the app that the desk would stay open 2 hours after the last flight). Had to take a cab and come back the following day to pick up the car. Second issue -- I returned the car on the right day/time, handed the keys over to the attendant at the desk, who assured me "everything is all set". No receipt or anything. I can't remember the young ladies name at the counter who assisted me if she treats all her customers like she did me , she needs a raise. She was very nice and helpful and even wished me a happy birthday after looking at my DL just very professional and nice. I'd rent through them again because of her personality

The woman who initially helped me was great. However I got the car and it was not clean potato chips all under the front seats. I had to clean up so the dog wouldn't eat them. Fine it is a rental i do not expect it to be perfect. Then I dropped off car front desk person appeared to have left early. Had to exit airport & drop keys across parking lot in drop box. Done. The vehicle I received had an engine coolant issue. I was an hour away and the alarm went off at least 3 times. I called Hertz and the customer service representative had a terrible attitude. He told us to drive back a hour to key west or 2 hours to Miami.
