You deleted my review. In february the attendant gave me a SCAM number and took my credit card information. Do NOT call any numbers given out by attendants here because it could be a scam
New record. Worst Hertz in USA. I should have looked at the reviews prior to booking. If you have plenty of time to waste your vacation at sign up for a car here. I rent 30+ times a year and am President Circle but that doesn’t matter.
Waited at the check in area for 10 mins before an inattentive agent came over. She said nothing to us throughout the entire interaction until finally handing us the keys and told us where the ca was parked. A simple hello would have sufficed.
The absolutely worst Hertz location I’ve ever booked from! I had a reservation confirmed online and got the text from Hertz with my confirmation number. There was only one person working at the counter making the checkin extremely slow. When I finally get there the counter person notifies me that there’s no available car for me the entire day. Her attitude showed no care whatsoever. Went over to Avis and had great service.
