Hertz at Johnstown Airport provided great service for my customer. All rental agencies were out of cars. Hertz had one car and the manager went out and cleaned it herself to accommodate our customer! Excellent Service! - Your local State Farm agent
Incompetent employees upcharged my rental by $182. I rented a one way, returned it 3.5 hours later to this location. They billed me for 2 days and added a $25 vehicle upgrade that the place I rented from didnt add. So I had to waste an hour with customer service getting refunded which nobody compensates me for. Check your receipts, as I am sure they screw over many people.

My dad and I stopped at the Hertz located in the Johnstown, PA Airport to rent a vehicle. From the moment our interaction started, Vicky was extremely rude. I reminded my dad, “Check if they have an AARP discount.” Vicky rudely interrupted and said, “We don’t.” The price was suddenly $20 higher than we were quoted online. Vicky refused to add our Gold Member discount even though we had a paper showing the member ID number.
