It appears that this establishment is aware that tolls are unavoidable when driving in Pennsylvania. Consequently, they do not provide the option to purchase a toll pass, unlike other companies. This practice results in an additional charge of $25 being levied three months later for tolls amounting to $9. Furthermore, there is no provision to settle the toll charges upon returning the vehicle. It seems this approach is designed to generate additional revenue

BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a rental car place. I was stressed. My flight im Dulles was two hours late. I didn’t realize the JST Hertz closes at 2pm. It was 2:30! Jolene called me and told me everything i wild do to get the car despite me being late. That put me at ease. Sure enough we landed and got the car and got to our destination (Young Guns Wrestling Camp) within 30min of the end of registration. Jolene saved the day. And drop off was also easy despite my 6am departure which would mean the Hertz was closed.

If you get a car here hopefully you're not using E-ZPass because all of their cars owe money to E-ZPass. Apparently the business owner does not feel this is responsibility of theirs. Also good luck attempting to resolve any issue with the staff at this location they are very rude and do not deserve their positions. And with all the bad reviews Vicky has on Google I wonder how she still has her job.

The owner Jolene and the staff member named Vicky are extremely rude. The vehicle is do not have full tanks of gas and also I've been asked to take a vehicle that hasn't been cleaned in the past.
