I arrived to the counter to pick up my reserved vehicle on the day and time it was scheduled. When I gave my name, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled two days prior because they had no cars for the duration of my reservation. I was surprised as I had reservation confirmation emails from Hertz to my work and personal email but nothing stating the reservation had been cancelled. Customer service was amazing. Brittany went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was ready when I arrived. She stated it was her and her husband Branden that were there for the late flight that night as I was the only reservation. Everytime I come to Grand Forks, I will rent with hertz.

Reserved a car only to fly in and be told they had no cars available. No attempt at customer service. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
