Nick was awesome and so was Justin. Very easy; used Priceline got a great deal on weekend rental while my regular car was in the shop. I’ll use them again!
Staff are always quick and efficient. We rent there two or three times a year and there’s never been an issue. Very rare in today’s market.
We rented from Hertz June 27th to the 28th. after dropping off the vehicle and then a few days later we received over a $2000.00 invoice from them. On the invoice it showed that the vehicle was driven to Atlanta. NEVER BEEN TO ATLANTA. The total amount of miles we used the vehicle for was 56. Nashville airport to Franklin. This Hertz is a total scam and i am calling this complete fraud on their part. We believe someone in the Hertz location used the vehicle or they rented it out to another person. Incredible service by humans at locations. customer service phone number not helpful. Location being closed for early drop off also not ideal
They make it difficult to cancel a reservation so that they can charge you for it. They also do not pick up when you call
