Everything was great. A special shout-out to the gentleman who handles the cars early in the morning before they open. Left my wallet in the locked rental car overnight and he retrieved it and gave it back to me this morning. Thank you sir.
I’m giving this Hertz location 5 stars because they are the ONLY car rental company in all of Franklin TN that allows you to rent a vehicle and drop it off at the airport ….
I would like to give a special shot out to Nick at the Franklin Tn Hertz. We landed at the Nashville International Airport and there weren’t any cars available. We booked with Hertz in Franklin, Tn and had to catch an Uber there. When we arrived Nick told us that there weren’t any cars available and that we would have to wait. Nick was awesome and so was Justin. Very easy; used Priceline got a great deal on weekend rental while my regular car was in the shop. I’ll use them again!
