They didn't want to rent me a car from my license car from Mexico, my license is international and y showed the passport too, the manager had a racism actitude with me.

I needed a car for over a week because of a dealerships lack of service and as frustrating as that situation was hertz was able to remedy that by being extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I worked with Mick i believe and he was a pleasure to work with. He was especially helpful with understanding the entire process and exactly what to expect. Nothing but a positive experience working with Mick and hertz of franklin

We reserved a vehicle one month in advance and arrived at 11:30 a.m. as scheduled on the day of. At 11:50 a.m. we were informed that most of their vehicles were sent to the airport as it was spring break in our area and that they did not have a vehicle for us. This put us in a bind as all local rental companies were closing at 12:00 p.m. and we were scheduled to leave town at 3:00 p.m. There were no other options available from Hertz. I dont even want to call this a customer service doest explain situation just "we dont have car " whats the point of making a reservation if you dont reserve a car

Vehicle was disgusting! It had car hair in it and smelled like a litter box and tobacco
