AGREE WITH THOSE WHO SAY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION! Chronically understaffed location was my review months ago And now the operational issues are even more outsized. Returned my vehicle an hour ahead of time due and they didn’t check it in for two days! Yes, TWO days after I returned it! Plus they charged me for two extra hours and for refueling, even though I returned at fuel level higher than when I left.
2 days in a row we were told we had a car available. I called just before closing the night before and was told there was a car available. Paid Uber to get to the location and NO CAR! “Sorry, our system doesn’t update until midnight“ Then don’t allow a booking! Terrible service!
Horrible customer service, every single booking I’ve had here is confirmed, yet I show up and there are no cars available. Stay away at all cost.
Attitude
Staff are kind and accommodating here. I used to go to State Street but switched to this location. Office can use some sprucing up though.
