Sometimes convenient location for people living in the city of Chicago. Easy to pick up and return.
This is the worst Hertz location out there. Waited in line for 40 mins and was told there are no cars. Had a reservation and have 3 cars for 63 reservations. They did not communicate anything to those that have reservations. The service was terrible and the people are not communicative at all. If I can give this 0 stars or less, I would. Save yourself some time and go to enterprise or another location.
Should be zero: waited in line for nearly an hour only to be told that they did not have a car available even though we had a reservation. Terrible customer service. Do not use.
Beware that Hertz will not take responsibility or provide other options if a car is not available for your reservation. We prepaid for a car and supposedly the previous person who rented it extended their reservation therefore leaving us without a car. Customer service would not do anything and the local office provided no other solutions because no cars were available. We received a refund for our rental but we were disappointed that our day trip from Chicago to Wisconsin never happened.
