The service and representatives from pickup to drop-off were great!
Staff is rude; they have zero sense of customer service. Would not recommend this place at all. I booked my reservation through the website; it said I would get a Kia Soul or similar. I booked the option of a mid-size sedan. When I got there, they were giving me a Kia Soul. I told them this is not a sedan; I want a sedan. And then the guy working there said, “Well, I know my cars, and this is a sedan.”

Even with exact address, specific return point is hard to find. There’s no clear indication on how to enter the parking garage. There’s even a misleading sign on the scanner of a QR code, where Hertz is displayed. However, you need to draw a ticket from the machine, that’s getting a QR code that you do not have. Moreover, the staff is neutral to unfriendly. Hertz sent me an email to drop off the car at the indicated time plus maximum 29 minutes.
