Well, I was there to get a rental car to get back home to Lavergne, Tennessee. After my daughter's SUV was stolen

Normally, I would give 'Kudos' to this Location; however, I MUST convey my extreme disdain and dissatisfaction regarding my latest experience. When I arrived earlier Yesterday Afternoon (June 16) to pick up my Rental Car at the 9240 South Stony Island Location (Chicago, IL); the Location was CLOSED!! Additionally, I contacted Hertz earlier this week to modify the aforementioned reservation, NO ONE from the Hertz Customer Service Department had the courtesy to inform me this location was UNAVAILABLE!! Very unprofessional & unorganized. When I made a reservation & followed up the next day, I was told that they didn't even have a reservation under my name. They lady on the phone was rude & unhelpful & didn't even try to address my concerns.
Deanna and Ms. Tamika are the best managers ever. They make sure you're taken care of. I've always received amazing service from this location and to be honest, it's why I'm still a customer w/ Hertz.
