J’ai réservé via le site Booking et nous arrivons le matin pour prendre la voiture. Il y a visiblement un problème car ils n’ont pas la classe de voiture que j’ai réservée. Après quelques échanges pour essayer de résoudre le problème, Kaneisha et son manager débloque la situation. Ils conviennent que nous n’y sommes pour rien et nous confie un véhicule. Merci beaucoup pour ce geste commercial qui nous a permis de prendre la route en temps et en heure. La voiture était impeccable.

Such a scam service. Booked a vehicle a month ago and the day we need to pick up, the store appears closed. No one called, no email notification, nothing!!! Tried to cancel and Hertz is charging for it!! What a joke, never again Hertz! On hold with Hertz support for an hour, this is hopeless.

Avoid this location like the plague. I went to rent a cargo van for a move. They took all my info. On the day of the rental, I was told that they didn’t have my telephone number to call me and let me know that the van wasn’t available. This is after I rented at this same location in the past with zero problems. The manager was not on duty, and the agent who originally took my information was allegedly at the bank. This location is so bad that Tom Brady himself couldn’t motivate the employees to do better.
