Rented a car from this company and took time-stamped photos of the existing damages before driving off. Upon return, I was charged nearly $500 for the same damages clearly visible in my photos. Great customer service from staff who were very helpful with information about the car rental. The hybrid Toyota Yaris Cross we rented was cleab, in good condition, and gave us good fuel economy and road reliability. We've rented from Hertz before and will stay with them.
