Fab service very helpful.
Just terrible customer service. Walk in to rent a car and they say they only have one car available. Ask about all the others online and instead if being honest about whats available, they say "then you have to book online, and then we'll see if its available. Wow thanks for all your help. So I book online. Now even though I'm physically present, I now have to check in online. Staff are confused about how to do this.
