Quite truly this was my own fault, I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But bottom line, believe the reviews. It really isn’t this locations fault (?) or so I think. I guess it’s the company and its way of doing things. The staff was nice the first time I showed up, the second time a little more unprofessional but nothing enough to bother me. I have a feeling is hertz location will be shutting down soon. When I realized the overcharge on my account, I knew I had to get my bank involved and return the car quick.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to speak to people that come in this location. I will never step my feet in that rental store. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I would give 0 star if there is that option.
