I can not complain about my experience with hertz enough. I spoke with Kenny Pratt and he had to be the most heartless person I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs, there are so many other car rental places and Kenny has made this the worst one.
The customer service was great. Everything went as planned , thank you so much.
Amazing staff. Accommodating when my car was not available, they had another location bring the right model over and called them when I had car troubles and they were patient and kind in helping me.
I’ve rented from here very often and have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. Really just a great crew they have here :).
