Really not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. My pick-up was quick and easy with no hard sell on optional add ons and all charges were explained before I departed. The return process was also quick and easy. Both associates that helped me were friendly and efficient. My only suggestion would be to have clearer signage inside the garage to direct renters to the Hertz stalls when returning vehicles. (they are on the 3rd floor of garage)

I looked at reviews before I came here and was nervous because most of them were bad. However, we really had the easiest and best experience so i thought it might be helpful to let people know! We reserved the car through the AAA website and chose the managers special so I wasn't sure the exact kind of car we would get. Be very cautious here of the “Bait and switch”. I paid for a luxury class rental car. The agent at the desk tried to give me an “Intermediate” car — and even *insisted* that that was what I paid for. Even after I showed him my reservation, he tried to argue that a Nissan Altima was “the same” as a “Luxury” car. Only after I told him that I was 100% familiar with the car class differences that they sell — and that I would be happy to take the Nissan Altima if he wanted to refund me the difference in price between the two vehi... read more
