They gave my car away to someone else and left me stranded. That's not the worst of it. The worst of it was how the employee, Joel, handled it. He word for word told me "haha deal with it, you're not getting your car" when I wasn't remotely disrespectful to him. Disgusting behavior from a fragile little man with an unethical company
The exterior of the vehicle was atrociously dirty. When I tried to clean the windshield there was no washer fluid. Returning the vehicle was very confusing and when I asked a Hertz employee what to they abruptly said “ park it wherever there’s an open space “ I had never rented a vehicle at this location and didn’t know the proper procedure. I thought Hertz was the gold standard in the rental car business, but my experience was far from my expectations.
Don’t ever rent from this hertz. My family rented a car from hertz and the employee left at 5 and hertz was “open” until 10pm and the sign said closed at 6:30. The rental company next door told us that they always leave early. Not only did this terrible experience inconvenience my family but another customer as well. Hertz do better. This cost us money and gas as the family members were delayed in their vacation
The worst service possible and the car was dirty inside including windshield, doors and trash rolling around in the back seat. DONT USE HERTZ!
I washed the car to remove the bugs down from the front of the car refilled the window wash fluid and still got charged for an exterior car wash.
