The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful. Despite being a couple of hours late for my pick-up, I called ahead to inform him, and he kindly held a car for me. I truly appreciated his excellent service and accommodating attitude.

They are not open most of the night (At an Airport). Totally understand at a normal rental location but NOT AT THE AIRPORT

The most disgustingly useless rental company I’ve ever come across. Don’t book here. They genuinely do not care about you. I reserved a car a month ago to be picked up at 8:00pm. AN ENTIRE MONTH. They accepted the reservation from the third party and I was given a confirmation number. Today, I went to pick up my rental and they were closed. The lady at Avis said I was the fourth person TONIGHT that this had happened to. No one called or reached out to the third party and said “hey, we close earlier than this. We drove to the location today and although it should be open till 5:30pm on Saturdays simply no one was there. Now reading other reviews it seems to be a habit to randomly open and close. Very bad customer experience.
