Laughably slow, understaffed, employees do not care to pretend that they care about how much time they waste. Just go to the airport to rent a car, they at least have enough people there. Oh, also, they didn’t have the car that I reserved, or any car. Even after the confirmation!
Horrible experience with this Hertz location. I made a reservation on the Hertz website, showed up at the reservation time and was told that they had no cars available and that I should check back several hours later. No explanation given, no offer to transfer me to a different Hertz location. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Horrible customer service. Do not rent from this location ever!
Waited over an hour to receive a dirty car even though I had a reservation. Staff was incredibly rude.
