I really wished I would have read the reviews first but lesson learned. I called the day before my reservation date 8/4/25 and spoke to Tyra regarding my reservation doing my due diligence. I wanted to ensure my vehicle would be available. Tyra answered and said they could not guarantee my specifc vehicle. I needed a Ram 1500 to move my son into college. Reserved a car..went to pickup and was told they didn't have it.
I had a reservation and had told them I would be there at 8:30, I showed up and they didn’t have a car for me and said it would be 45min- hour. They told me it was my problem because they opened at 8am. I said that’s not my problem, that’s your problem. The worst customer service.
GTLA our DSP here in Alabama rents from this branch all the time with swift service Ms.Tori and Mr.Chuck have been awesome !
DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!! If I could leave negative stars, I would. Everything about this location was a disaster. I extended a day rental of a Toyota Corolla to a weekly rate. I was charged $1800! After calling in, local Representatives said they couldn't help at all. Had to wait on hold for 45 minutes with the 800 number. And they still could not help me.
