So I booked my rental a week in advance and when I showed up yesterday there was a line of about 30 people waiting for cars. The guy at the counter assured me the wait was going to only be 30 minutes. I freaking waited 2 hours and still no cars. You screwed my entire trip up. I had to get a cab because I had to get to a dinner with my customer. Please refund me. This is the second time Hertz did this to me. I’m beyond mad. DO NOT USE. Was on hold for 1 hour and no answer when I called for a refund.
