Very rude unprofessional behavior and dirty smell and unclean place.. not recommended at all.!! Over charged me for extra day that I didn’t use and returned the car but no drop box and no one answers calls…. Very very rude service
I love this location. This location staff is amazing Danielle is an amazing manager…. She is straightforward very knowledgeable
I chose this location for Lyft pickup and had a terrible experience. The initial car they tried to give me was filthy on both the inside and outside. There was damage to 3 out of the 4 wheels. When I complained to Danielle she stated that I was being dramatic and needed to calm down although I was very calm. Upon coming to wipe out the sticky residue inside the car as she stated she couldn’t do anything else about the other issues it was identified that a check engine light was on and then she agreed to switch out the car.
