I had a really good experience with Hertz. Jay in particular was making sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible for me. I needed a car because mine got fixed and he was so kind to share his knowledge with me, how I can get the rental as cheap as possible via my insurance. Pick up and return was really easy too. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need a rental car again.

I would like to share my recent experience with the Blyth Hertz office, which I found quite disappointing and unprofessional despite the staff’s seemingly friendly attitude. While the reception staff appeared courteous, they were unwilling to assist when an issue arose and avoided taking responsibility. Rented a car from this company and took time-stamped photos of the existing damages before driving off. Upon return, I was charged nearly $500 for the same damages clearly visible in my photos. Despite multiple requests for reimbursement, I’ve been repeatedly declined by Joana T with responses like: “Kindly note that, following a thorough review by our damage specialist team, the charges remain as stated.
