This review is not representative of Hertrich of New Castle in general because I bought a new vehicle from them previously and the experience was great. However, the used pick-up truck we were looking at was sent to a different dealer and they wouldn't tell us which dealer. It ended up coming back to this dealer and they did call us to let us know, but at that point we were a little fed up with Hertrich.
