I saw him for an ear problem and he did surgery on my ear and fixed my ear problem. I am very grateful to him. He is a very patient doctor and takes the time to listen to you.
He is the best ENT doctor I have ever come in contact with. extremely patient with children and one of the best surgeons I've seen. I would recommend him for everyone that needs an ENT doctor.
Dr. Hertenstein is a very talented doctor. I am a 30 year old female and had my tonsils removed. For recovery, all I have is a sore throat. He took very good care of me as well as his staff. He was recommended to me by others. Would give him a 10 if I could. I am able to get back to work and take care of my kids with min. pain. Thanks James for everything!
