I am highly unsatisfied with my experience with Hersolf on Oklahoma Ave. First of all the employees were unprofessional and could be overheard talking about other Patients and were heard using obscene language and my daughter overheard them as well. The selection of frames at this location was not all that good as well. I have seen much better frames elsewhere and wish I would have chosen to go elsewhere to begin with.
