Great customer service from all three ladies working there, and also the older guy.. got coffee ice cream my first visit and chocolate my second visit. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
Went in there and wanted to try their flavors and I guess the Owner was there, an old grumpy, skinny, bald dude with a lot of attitude & had a grim face as soon as I walked in. As his employee was helping me out I tried their cheesecake and I didn’t really like it so I asked if I could try the banana pudding and that one was all right so I wanted to try the cinnamon cookie that they had and he wouldn’t let me try saying we usually limit customers to try only two flavors which was very weird to me because whenever I go to Bas... read more
I absolutely love there Oatmeal ice cream. You can't get that anywhere else! Been coming here since a kid just didn't know about the oatmeal when I was a kid. It's 2026. I'm 36 .... And the owner has always been a very sweet man. Staff is awesome!
The ice cream is decent. The young lady at the counter, Akiya (?) was very helpful. I've never been in the area in a wheelchair before and she helped me locate a place to charge my chair.
The rudeness of their employees is absurd and never just a one time occurrence. Will not be returning
