I’d like to know whether it is the Hershey’s ice cream’s official policy that each person is allowed to sample one flavor before making their purchase, and if so, I’d suggest that you write that down in big letter and hang it somewhere obvious in the store, because the staff was acting as if I was an idiot for not knowing this rule. The owner dishes out really small scoops and over charges. The place was empty of customers other than me. He should want repeat customers. Don’t cheat people in these hard times. It’s not good for longterm business profitability.
