My mom has stage 4 cancer and Alzheimer's. While being in the hospital she didnt eat much. 1 thing that I could always get her 2 eat is hersheys ice cream. I'd ask her what flavor and she would say vanilla and chocolate. She would eat about 6 of them a day.....I just want 2 day thank you for making the best ice cream that my mother eats lots of.

I regularly purchased Strawcheesecake recently I purchased it two more times I liked that they increased the Strawberry Sauce but the crust part is now gummy and the cheesecake is missing and not in the ice cream either. I won't purchase it anymore. The other ice cream problem is the Chocolate Peanut Butter the peanut butter is like a Rock, not softer like other brands. Won't buy that for sure. Ellen Medina

While we try and do everything we can to supply our dealers with what they need, we do require some advanced notice so we have time to load it and schedule it in the drivers day. At times, we have allowed for people to pick up ice cream if they are in a time-crunch, but due to the COVID Pandemic we are limiting outside exposure and are not permitting pickups at our branches. We do value our customers and are having a member of our team reach out to you personally to discuss this matter.
